By accessing or using Exprez ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Exprez provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate facial expressions from uploaded photos. The service uses third-party AI models and cloud storage to process and deliver these images.

3. Credits and Payments

  • Purchase: Users may purchase "Credits" to use for image generation. All payments are processed via Razorpay.
  • No Refunds: Due to the immediate cost of AI GPU processing, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable once any credits from the purchase have been used.
  • Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
  • Free Credits: Exprez may offer free promotional credits. These credits have no cash value and may be revoked at our discretion.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload to Exprez.

  • Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions for any photo you upload.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not upload photos that are illegal, pornographic, harassing, or that infringe on the rights of others.
  • License: You grant Exprez a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. AI Disclaimer

You acknowledge that the images are generated by Artificial Intelligence. Results can be unpredictable, imperfect, or vary significantly from the original. Exprez does not guarantee that the generated images will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms our infrastructure or other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exprez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or the inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of Exprez after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
