  • User Content: We collect the photos you upload ("Input Images") and the variations we generate for you ("Generated Images").
  • Usage Data: We track your credit usage, transaction history, and basic interactions with our website to improve performance.

3. How We Process Your Photos (AI & Cloud)

Exprez uses advanced third-party Artificial Intelligence services to function. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • AI Processing: Your uploaded photos are processed by Google's Gemini AI models to generate the requested expressions.
  • Storage: Your original and generated images are securely stored in Cloudflare R2 buckets. This allows you to access your history and download past creations.
  • No Model Training: We do not use your personal photos to train our own public AI models. Your face data remains yours.

4. Payments

We use Razorpay to process payments. We do not store your credit card numbers or financial details on our servers. All payment transactions are handled securely by Razorpay, and are subject to their privacy policy.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your images and account data to provide you with your generation history. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support. When you delete your account, your personal information and images are permanently removed from our active databases.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and ensure the site functions correctly. We do not use invasive tracking cookies for third-party advertising.
